To prepare for the upcoming season, we are hosting a Rowing Instructor Training Course on Sunday, January 20th, at 19:00-21:00 at Nordiska. This course is designed to strengthen your ability to teach beginner and intermediate rowers, while also providing valuable insights to refine your own rowing technique. The session will cover essential rowing fundamentals, effective coaching methods, and best practices for safe and confident on-water instruction.
