Background: The "Kräftskiva is another swedish tradition, where the goal is to let the crayfish swim in your stomach... Since eating crayfish is one of those meals where you spend more calories eating the food, than what you get by eating it, it is not so difficult to compensate the lack of calories from the food with some liquid food... :-)
