Background: Almost every year we do some renovation work on our club house. The house is old, and therefore needs some work done every now and then. Because we do not swim in money, we try to do as much as possible ourselves. So then a bunch of members come down to the club house one or two weekends to do some work under the guidance of our boat house keeper...
